The program aimed to accelerate the growth of Egyptian small and growing manufacturing enterprises in the chemicals and packaging industries in partnership with the Chamber of Chemical Industries, the Export Council  Printing, Packaging, Paper, Literary and Artistic Works, the Chamber Of Printing Industries, the Chemical Industries, and the Export Council for Packaging . The program was implemented by Khwarizm for Business Development in cooperation with MSME.

Sixty selected companies were supported throughout the 4-months program and received a package of advisory services to build a strategic plan for growth, in addition to the necessary technical support in the areas of marketing and distribution in the local market.
